Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will do:

Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations.  Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.  Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.  The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.

Registered Nurse, Primary Care - Full-Time, Days

This position is a 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area. UChicago Medicine Tinley Park offers quick and convenient specialty and primary care for the whole family. Our teams care for children, teens, adults and senior citizens who need annual exams, immunizations, treatment for injuries or help managing chronic illnesses. We also offer on-site urgent aid, laboratory testing, X-rays, DEXA scans, screening mammography, lung cancer screening, stress tests and rehabilitation services. A Registered Nurse, UCM Care Network, is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation by following established standards, protocols and practices. Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff and physicians. This position will be located in a community-based physician practice.
