Additionally, you will monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable. Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
