Responsibilities and Duties: The chosen candidate will: • Have responsibility for the care of all residents • Report to the Director of Nursing • Handle emergency situations with the Oak Hill team, by leading and directing other staff in the building • Observe and Assess changes in resident condition • Monitor or oversee the Nursing Department's resident care and documentation • Notify On-Call providers as needed

Qualifications and Skills: NYS RN License required (unexpired, in good standing). Long Term Care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

IV and PICC line experience preferred. Leadership/Supervisory Experience preferred.
