About the Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps our residents maintain their dignity, comfort and quality of life.

You'll work closely with our nursing team to ensure residents receive compassionate, dependable care.

CNA Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and mobility.

  • Assist residents with transfers, positioning and ambulation.

  • Take and record vital signs as assigned.

  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

  • Assist with meals and maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

  • Follow care plans and facility policies.

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team.

  • Maintain resident privacy and dignity at all times.

Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania, or completion of a CNA training program with a scheduled certification exam.

  • Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • New graduate CNAs are welcome to apply.
