Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring resident health and wellness

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
