Bay Area Direct Client Care has immediate openings for experienced home health LPN in the Orange County area. We are hiring dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for home health visits. This position is ideal for clinicians who are reliable, communicate well, and complete visits without constant supervision.

Compensation (Per Visit)

  • Skilled Nursing Visit: $40 – $50

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision

  • Perform wound care, medication management, and patient education

  • Accurately document visits and report changes in condition

  • Follow established care plans and clinical direction

  • Must maintain consistent attendance and visit completion

  • No repeated call-outs or last-minute cancellations
