About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

Providing direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care
Providing education and support to residents and families to promote health and wellness
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse RN) license in the state of Missouri
Experience in long-term care or related field preferred
Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
