About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our compassionate and experienced staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Assess and document resident's physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimize resident outcomes

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Educate residents and their families on disease prevention, management, and wellness strategies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or related field preferred

  • Experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize tasks

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
