We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
  • Coordinate with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor quality assurance and infection control programs
  • Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and clinical operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
