Responsibilities

Provides education to patients and nurses about Breastfeeding and human lactation. Assists mothers in initiating and continuing Breastfeeding. Provides care to patients raging from neonatal through geriatric.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Associates Degree Nursing & or Undergraduate/Bachelor’s Nursing 2. Valid New Jersey Licensure3. Basic Life Support 4. NRP 5. IBCLC Certification 6. Minimum of five years’ experience working with childbearing families or maternal health.
