Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts CNA or LPN license required
- Proven school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Documented training in oxygen administration and adjustment (must provide certification)
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to students needs
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents, educators, and health staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 care for a student, including ongoing assessment and management of oxygen delivery and equipment
- Conduct daily hydration monitoring and oxygen saturation checks
- Perform thorough cardiorespiratory assessments and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Administer CPR and other emergency procedures if needed
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the clinical and school team
