About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a RN at Edgewood Manor of Wellston, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and treatment plans
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
