$1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team on the evening shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is looking for a part-time leadership position and is committed to providing high-quality resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing staff.

Position Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the evening shift.
Oversee individualized resident care in accordance with established standards and care plans.
Monitor residents' conditions and ensure medications and treatments are administered appropriately.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address resident needs and changes in condition.
Provide direction, support, and guidance to nursing staff.
Utilize sound clinical judgment in making patient-care decisions.
Ensure required documentation and observations are completed accurately and timely.
Promote resident safety, quality care, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous RN Supervisor experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility strongly preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Current BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team.
