This is an opportunity to practice at a high level on a specialized inpatient oncology unit, where nurses are trusted, supported, and empowered to provide evidence-based care in a collaborative, team-first environment.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse on 3 South Acute Oncology, you will deliver comprehensive care to a diverse population of patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumor cancers in a 28-bed inpatient unit focused on complex, specialty care.

In this dynamic environment, you will build deep clinical expertise while caring for patients with both oncology and medical-surgical needs. This role offers a strong blend of technical skill development, critical thinking, and compassionate patient interaction.

What your day-to-day looks like:

Deliver direct patient care for individuals with complex oncology diagnoses and co-morbidities
Administer and monitor advanced infusions, including chemotherapy, blood products, and supportive therapies
Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary care team to implement individualized care plans
Provide ongoing symptom management and patient education to support patients and families throughout treatment
Engage in a highly interactive team environment that values communication, feedback, and continuous improvement
Take on increasing ownership of patient care while building leadership skills within the unit

Night Shift Information: You will work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with scheduling options that support work-life balance, working three, 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours)
