Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a 1:1 nurse for a student in the PM session (12:05–3:15), including assisting during school transport
  • Monitor and manage epilepsy, neuromuscular scoliosis, and global developmental delays
  • Support feeding needs, such as preparing thickened liquids for dysphagia and monitoring for hypotonia-related concerns
  • Respond appropriately to medical emergencies, particularly seizures
  • Collaborate with school personnel and parents to support the student’s individualized health plan
