Job Summary:

Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center, a brand new facility in Gainesville, Virginia, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including but not limited to:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conducting vital sign checks and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, therapists, and physicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Participate in educational programs and in-services to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork
