Job Summary:

Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center, a brand new facility in Gainesville, Virginia, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including but not limited to:

    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

    • Conducting vital sign checks and reporting any changes to the healthcare team

    • Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

    • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, therapists, and physicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

  • Participate in educational programs and in-services to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork
