Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an LPN for a full-time school-based position in the Independence, MO area. This position supports students with a variety of medical needs in a specialized school setting, with two nurses working onsite.

Position Details
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM4:30 PM
Hours are firm and cannot be adjusted
Approximately 50 students 
Two nurses are onsite due to the level of student medical needs
Classroom-based nursing: The nurse will travel to classrooms to provide care

Student Medical Needs
G-tube care and feedings
Seizure management
Toileting assistance
Wheelchair support
Lifting and mobility assistance
Approximately 9 students with G-tubes
Other ongoing medical needs throughout the school day

Qualifications
Active Missouri LPN license
Comfortable working with students with higher medical needs
Experience with G-tubes, seizures, feeding, mobility assistance, and personal care preferred
Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
