1:1 School Transportation Nurse LPN/RN

Merrimack, NH | Full-Time | Contract Position

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a 1:1 LPN or RN to provide nursing support during transportation for a school-aged student in Merrimack, NH. This position is transportation-only, with no nursing responsibilities required during the students school day.

Position Details:

Full-time, approximately 4 hours per day
MondayFriday
Morning transportation: approximately 7:20 AM 9:20 AM
Afternoon transportation: approximately 1:30 PM 3:30 PM
Pick-up and drop-off at the students home in Merrimack, NH
Family provides parking in the driveway
Student attends school in Massachusetts
Nurse will ride the bus with the student both to and from school
No work required during the school day

Student Needs:

May have mobility limitations
Non-verbal and may use an AAC device for communication
History of epilepsy/seizures
Nurse should be comfortable providing 1:1 support and monitoring during transportation

Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire LPN or RN license
School nursing or pediatric experience preferred
Comfortable working independently with a student during transportation
Experience with seizures and medically complex students preferred
Reliable transportation to the students home in Merrimack

Contract Details:
