Qualifications:

Current and valid Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
Previous school-based experience or pediatric nursing experience preferred
Skilled in g-tube feeding, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support
Ability to provide compassionate, attentive care in a school environment
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with school staff and families
Willingness to consider optional transportation duties

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive 1:1 nursing care for a high-needs student during classroom and potentially transportation times
Monitor and respond to the students medical needs, including trach and vent management, g-tube feeds, and mobility assistance
Communicate effectively with teachers, school personnel, and the students family regarding care and daily progress
Maintain accurate, up-to-date health records and follow all school district policies and procedures
Support the students participation in daily school activities, ensuring health and safety at all times
