The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an essential role in the delivery of treatment services at Pyramid Healthcare. This position is responsible for providing direct nursing services, medication administration, client monitoring, withdrawal management support, client education, and clinical support services in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards of practice, accreditation standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Provide medication education, health education, and nursing support to clients and families as appropriate. Coordinate and support physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers during assessments, medication management appointments, and treatment planning activities. Monitor client health status and communicate significant clinical findings, concerns, and changes in condition to appropriate treatment team members. Maintain medical equipment, medication storage areas, and clinical supplies in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team members to support continuity of care and treatment planning.
