Resident Aide/ Med tech

NOW HIRING: MED TECH / RESIDENT AIDE

DAYS and NIGHTS 36 HOURS a WEEK

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and energetic Med Tech / Resident Aide to join our Assisted Living team!

Position Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with medications according to resident orders and facility policies
• Accurately complete MARs and required resident documentation
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Assist with meals, hydration, incontinence care, and routine resident needs
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Complete scheduled rounds and safety checks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and management
• Follow infection-control and resident-safety procedures

Requirements:
• Med Tech certification/training as required for the position
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• Must be able to pass required background screening
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior care preferred
• Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time
• Must have a compassionate attitude and genuinely enjoy working with seniors
• Must be comfortable assisting residents with personal care and ADLs
• Must work well as part of a team
