This is a full time day shift opportunity covering the hours of 7:00am – 7:30pm at NYP Westchester, located in Bronxville; right across from the Metro North Station. 

 

Preferred Criteria 

  • One year of acute care RN experience in Telemetry, Critical Care or Med/Surg 

 

Required Criteria 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

  • Current New York State RN license 

  • BCLS with the American Heart Association 

  • ACLS with the American Heart Association

Care Management Coordinator – RN – Ambulatory - Days Pursue this highly-transformational role, responsible for providing care management to high risk patients in the local community to improve the management of their chronic illness and to decrease unnecessary emergency and inpatient admissions.
