We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living New Florence for an 8-week local contract. As a valued member of our community, Contract CNA will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents while working alongside a team-oriented and supportive environment.

As a Contract CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing emotional and social support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Our community is committed to enhancing the lives of everyone we touch, and we are look for a caring and dependable individual like you to help us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
Support residents’ emotional and social needs through meaningful interaction
Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas
Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure quality care

Requirements:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
