Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of New York
Experience working with ventilator-dependent patients and/or in home care settings
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and prioritize tasks effectively
