Position Overview:

Exercises sound judgment, and developed clinical skills to implement the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis in a timely manner. Job Description JOB SUMMARY The LVN utilizes the nursing process to assess and identify the individual needs of patients through observation of disease symptoms, emotional state, laboratory reports, cultural and socio-economic background and response to medical regimen and treatment.
