Shifts: Per-diem team members have the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed 
Compensation: $21 - $27 based on experience 
Position Status: Non-Exempt 

About the Role 

As a Per Diem LNA, you'll provide hands-on resident care while helping our nursing team maintain dependable coverage. You'll assist residents with daily care, communicate changes in condition, and help ensure each resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. 

What You'll Do 

  • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.  

  • Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.  

  • Assist residents during meals and with toileting programs.  

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition or care needs.  

  • Maintain accurate required documentation.  

  • Communicate resident needs promptly to nursing staff.  

  • Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.  

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.  

What We're Looking For 

  • Current LNA certification in good standing.  

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  

  • Current CPR/BLS certification.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.  

  • At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.
