Available Shifts: Position is required to work every other weekend.  

  • Full-time 7AM - 3PM 

  • Part-time 7AM - 3PM  

  • Part-time 3PM - 11PM 

Compensation: $20 - $26 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified comp options 
Sign On Bonus: Full-time $3,500 | Part-time $1,750 
Position Status: Non-Exempt 

 

About the Role 

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. 

You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident-centered care.  

What You'll Do 

  • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.  

  • Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.  

  • Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.  

  • Assist with toileting programs and related care.  

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.  

  • Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.  

  • Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.  

  • Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.  

  • Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.  

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.  

What We're Looking For 

  • Current LNA certification in good standing.  

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  

  • Current CPR/BLS certification.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.  

  • At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Overview Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Post Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU 3x12 hour shifts, Days with rotation to weekend. Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care duties. Possesses direct access to drug products and secure medication locations in order to manage the storage, handling and disposal of medications consistent with the Medication Storage and Handling Policy. Responsibilities Assists with routine patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including, but not be limited to, performing ADL’s, obtaining clinical data, including vital signs, heights and weights, utilizing universal precautions, collecting specimens or performing point of care testing and recording results in medical record, etc. Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping the hallways clear of excess equipment, emptying linen bags when full, etc. Assists visitors and answer telephones.
