About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to work NIGHT SHIFT -MED TECH/ DIRECT CARE AIDE

WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY ONLY

7pm-7am

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment. Your duties will include:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administering medications and treatments as needed
• Assisting with meal preparation and serving
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Participating in resident care planning and implementation
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting; willing to train the right candidate

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification a plus

  • Ability to work NIGHT SHIFT WEEKENDS ONLY 2 NIGHTS A WEEK 12 HOUR SHIFTS, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift and transfer residents, with or without reasonable accommodations
