Job Summary

A Place at Home - Little Rock is seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and veterans in Benton, Bryant, Alexander, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Conway, and surrounding areas. As a caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while working in a respectful and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide toileting and incontinent care, standing, transferring, and walking assistance
• Prepare meals and monitor diets, administer medication reminders, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and shop, provide transportation, and offer companionship and emotional support

Scheduling

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience
• Dedication and passion for serving others
• Positive and professional attitude
• Dependable and punctual, honoring all accepted shifts
• Valid, active driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and safely stoop, bend, and walk stairs
