Registered Nurse School Setting - Olathe, KS

We have multiple contract opportunities available for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a positive, safe, and nurturing school community. Positions are open at both elementary and high school campuses, along with a unique one-to-one special education assignment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current RN or LPN licensure valid in the state of Kansas
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be provided at submission)
School nursing background preferred, but not required
Compassionate approach to working with students, families, and staff
Strong communication and documentation skills
Flexibility to adapt to a school setting and comply with school policies

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering daily healthcare support to students and staff
Promoting wellness and managing health care plans for students with chronic conditions
Responding to emergencies and providing first aid care as needed
Administering medication and treatments according to physician orders
Documenting care provided and updating student health records
Collaborating with school administration, teachers, and guardians to ensure a safe and healthy environment
