Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily nursing care and first aid to students on campus
  • Triage and respond promptly to injuries, illness, and other student health concerns
  • Implement care based on established physician orders and protocols
  • Support individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions or special health needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation
  • Communicate with staff, parents, and the supervising RN to coordinate care and follow-up
  • Participate in training related to emergency procedures and health plan implementation

Enliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Fort Worth and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Report patient care, conditions, and progress to the patient's physician, pharmacy, and Clinical Manager continuously. Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems. Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation. Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, update/summarize patient records, and confer with other healthcare disciplines to provide optimal patient care.
