Now Hiring: Lead Med Tech


Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with flexibility to cover call-offs as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Med Tech to oversee medication administration and support the daily operations of our personal care home.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Lead Med Tech and provide guidance to medication staff

  • Create and maintain staff schedules

  • Assist with coverage for call-offs as needed

  • Administer medications in accordance with applicable regulations

  • Ensure compliance with personal care home regulations and policies

  • Maintain accurate medication and resident documentation

  • Support and train medication staff as needed

  • Promote safe, quality care for residents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Med Tech required

  • RASP

  • Certified Med Tech required

  • Current CPR certification required

  • Diabetes certification required

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of personal care home regulations

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team

  • Reliable and willing to assist with call-off coverage
