Now Hiring: Personal Care Manager (Med Tech)

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with flexibility to cover call-offs as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Manager (Med Tech) to oversee medication administration and support the daily operations of our personal care home.

Responsibilities:

Serve as Personal Care Manager (Med Tech) and provide guidance to medication staff
Create and maintain staff schedules
Assist with coverage for call-offs as needed
Administer medications in accordance with applicable regulations
Ensure compliance with personal care home regulations and policies
Maintain accurate medication and resident documentation
Support and train medication staff as needed
Promote safe, quality care for residents

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Med Tech required
RASP
Certified Med Tech required
Current CPR certification required
Diabetes certification required
Strong knowledge and understanding of personal care home regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Reliable and willing to assist with call-off coverage
