Night Shift Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Caregiver to join our team at Meadow Falls of Richmond in Richmond Heights, Ohio. As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal assistance

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare-related field or current enrollment in a healthcare program a plus

  • Experience in a caregiving role; willingness to learn and grow with our team

  • Valid Ohio CNA certification or ability to obtain
