Key Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN license (required)
• Pediatric experience is essential to excel in this role

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver care for elementary students in the health room, addressing daily medical concerns, injuries, and illness
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician directives and school policies
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support students well-being
• Participate in the development and implementation of care plans for students with chronic conditions or special health needs
• Provide health education to students and staff as needed
• Assist in monitoring and managing communicable diseases within the school community
