This position runs through December 23, 2026, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., totaling 32.5 hours each week. Youll collaborate with educators and staff to ensure the well-being of all students, provide daily care, and manage a range of health needs in the school health room.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active New Jersey RN license required
  • Previous school nursing experience preferred
  • Must have direct pediatric nursing experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily nursing care to elementary students, addressing injuries, illnesses, and chronic health conditions

  • Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality
  • Promote a healthy environment by implementing illness prevention and health education initiatives
  • Collaborate with faculty, parents, and local healthcare providers as needed
