Qualifications

Licenses and Certifications:
BLS certification preferredCurrent New York State Registered Nurse license and registration required

Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing requiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program preferred

Work Experience:

Ensures that support and direction to patient’s families are provided in accordance with the patient’s Interdisciplinary Plan of Care/Hospice Care mission, objectives, policies and procedures.
