Work Locations and Service Areas

We strive to match caregivers with clients near their preferred service areas, helping reduce commute times and create more convenient schedules. Whenever possible, we aim to offer opportunities within approximately a 15–20 minute commute.

Your Role as a Caregiver

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care that helps clients stay comfortable, independent, and engaged in their daily routines.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping

• Providing medication reminders

• Building respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers

• Providing consistent and dependable care by arriving on time and covering scheduled shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register

• Current TB clearance

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Successful completion of a required background check
