Qualifications

  • State of Connecticut CNA Certification

  • Proficiency in English, required

  • Previous CNA experience is preferred, but not required

Hourly Pay Rate:  $21.22 with scheduled raises

Wadsworth Glen Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown is hiring CNAs! Full-time and part-time openings on all shifts, including every-other-weekend rotations. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Wadsworth Glen is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Connecticut. CPR certification preferred, but not necessary. New graduates welcome! Duties & Responsibilities: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under his/her care.
