Wadsworth Glen in Middletown is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Nurses on all shifts! We are a 102-bed skilled nursing facility. Weekly pay ranges from $42 to $47 per hour, depending on the shift, including shift differentials. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. As an RN, you provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the duties of the nurse aides. Requirements: Must possess a nursing degree. Must possess an active and unencumbered RN license in Connecticut. New graduates welcome! Duties: Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident. Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under his/her care. Follow physician’s orders. Renders and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders. Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately. Review patient records daily to ensure accuracy and completeness. Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes. Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs. Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list. Document and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary. Administer medication according to procedure. Maintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs for which he/she is responsible. Initiate any and all emergency procedures as necessary. We are hiring a baylor weekend Nursing Supervisor to join our dynamic care team at Wadsworth Glen Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown! 7p-7a every other weekend. $60 an hour with weekly pay. Must be an RN. As a registered nurse supervisor, you direct the total nursing care activities in the facility during each of shift of duty under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Experience & Education: Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in this state. Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university. Must be CPR certified. As the RN MDS Director, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing the MDS process, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services. This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay. Up to $45 an hour, depending on experience. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the primary purpose of your job position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures, and as may be directed by the licensed staff nurse. Experience & Education: Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Connecticut. CPR certification preferred, but not necessary. New graduates welcome!
