As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification and two (2) years of R.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
