Job Purpose:  The Registered Nurse (RN) – Infusion Center & Interventional Radiology is a professional registered nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing care to patients receiving outpatient infusion therapies and undergoing interventional radiology procedures. The RN practices in accordance with New York State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, regulatory and accreditation standards, and the mission and values of Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home.

Education:  Graduation from a accredited nursing program.

Preferred:  Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:  Possess current New York State license for Registered Processional Nurse; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within six (6) months of transfer or hire.

Experience:  One or more years experience in acute care nursing preferred.  American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
