As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our long-term care team, providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing staff.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Green Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units, overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, and conducting regular nursing unit rounds. You will also ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates, and promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.

Requirements:
