Registered Nurse | Surgery

$42.86 - $71.51 / hour

As an RN, you are responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Our registered nurses are responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established nursing practice standards. In this role, you will collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Our RNs act as leaders working toward the achievement of goals and the mission of CentraCare Health - Melrose's high-quality care.

This position will primarily work at the Melrose Hospital, but will require cross training and occasional coverage at the Paynesville Hospital.

Schedule:

Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks
Various shifts Monday - Friday | 6:00 am - 5:00 pm (dependent on surgery & outpatient schedule)
Rotating weekday, weekend and holiday on-call

Pay and Benefits:

Pay based on experience and degree
- Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
- Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
- Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  - Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour
$3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current Minnesota RN license
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Must be able to respond within 30 minutes to on-call situations
