About the Role:

As a RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our dedicated team of nurses and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment and outcomes. You will also be expected to mentor and coach our nursing staff, provide guidance and support, and collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services.
Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, and ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, and mentor and coach as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
Ensure that patient care records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that patient care is evidence-based and resident-centered.

Requirements:

Current New York State RN license.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
