Infection Preventionist Nurse (RN/LPN)

Position Summary:

AristaCare is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Infection Preventionist Nurse to oversee the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program (IPCP). This role helps maintain a safe and sanitary environment while preventing the spread of infections and communicable diseases among residents and staff.

The Infection Preventionist ensures compliance with applicable CMS, OSHA, Joint Commission, and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active Pennsylvania RN or LPN license.

  • Previous infection prevention experience preferred, but not required.

  • Certification in Infection Control (CIC) preferred.

  • Hospital or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred.

  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
