As a Certified Nursing Assistant at St Monica Center for Rehab and Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and condition changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting patients with mobility and transfers, including walking, using walkers, and wheelchairs
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, including restocking supplies and keeping patient rooms tidy
• Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Reporting any concerns or observations to the charge nurse or designated supervisor
