Summary:

In this critical role, Staffing Coordinator (CNA/CMT) will be responsible for coordinating the staffing needs of our caregivers, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining our high standards. As a member of our team, Staffing Coordinator (CNA/CMT) will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. This is a hands-on Staffing Coordinator position that requires flexibility, accountability, and a willingness to support the nursing team, including assisting with floor coverage and participating in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts

  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet the changing needs of our residents

  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing schedules and payroll information

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers

  • Identify and address any staffing issues or conflicts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preceding experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Missouri

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
