About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll help clients navigate their daily routines while providing compassionate support that promotes their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Through thoughtful assistance and genuine companionship, you'll help create a positive home care experience for the individuals you serve.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and support with everyday activities
Offer medication reminders
Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
