About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll assist clients with essential daily activities while offering the kindness, encouragement, and personal attention that help them feel supported.

Your work will contribute to a comfortable home environment where clients can maintain their dignity, safety, and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
Provide companionship and assistance with everyday routines
Offer medication reminders
Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
